How do I register? 
You can easily create your own BIQINIZ profile by visiting this page. Enter your user name and password to log in.

What if I can't log in?
Check your login details carefully. Your login username is the email address. Make sure the email address is valid and the password you have entered is correct.  

How can I recover my password?
Don't worry if you've forgotten your password! Please follow the "Forgot Password" instructions on the Log-In page.

Can I change my password?
Yes, you can click “Forget My Password” to find a new password in your registered email box, then log in with that password to set a new one.

How do I change my delivery address?
Log into your account, select "Addresses" and you will be able to either add a new one or edit the existing one.

How do I create a Wish List?
To add an item to your wish list, simply click the "Add to Wish List" button, which will usually be in the shape of a heart ❤️

Order

How do I place my order?
Ordering from BIQINIZ.com is simple! Once you have selected an item, choose the size and color and click on the “ADD TO CART” button. You will then be taken to our shopping cart page from where you can place the order by following the step-by-step instruction.

The tracking of my order shows it has been delivered, but I still haven't received it. What do I do?
It's best to inquire with your local post office, as it may be there. If that fails, then contact us, and we'll try our best to help resolve the issue.

Why is my order still not shipped?
Usually, it takes about 1-2 business days to prepare for your order since some products need a reasonable preparing period. Please be assured that once your order is completed, we will arrange for shipment immediately and send you a confirmation email, including the tracking number.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email, including the tracking number.

I want to change the item's information, such as size or color, what can I do?
Generally, orders can be changed within 24 hours after they have been purchased. If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we will try our best to accommodate the change(s).

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order is unpaid, you can remove it from your cart by yourself.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please follow up on our convenient return policy, for these cases.

Which size should I choose?
We encourage all our customers to use the BIQINIZ.com size chart to verify the correct size before completing their purchase. It will serve as an indicator to help you find the right size.

I like this product, but it's out of stock, what can I do?
This is probably because our advertised products usually sell out very quickly, so it may be that they are no longer in stock! Please subscribe your email address on the webpage, and we will inform you once it's available.

How do I find a product?
To find the product you're looking for, you may type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact us, and we'll be glad to assist you!

How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the Your Cart link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart, you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

Which payment methods does BIQINIZ.com offer?
We accept payment via PayPal and credit card.

I failed to pay with my credit
Make sure all information is correct, including credit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.
If your credit card was declined, call your bank for more info.

I paid for my order, but the order status is still pending
Please contact our customer care, and send us the transaction ID. Once we confirm that you have paid, we will process your order at once, please rest assured.

Shipping

Which countries does BIQINIZ.com ship to? Is it all free?
We offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

What is the processing time?
We will dispatch your order within 1 - 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. This processing includes order verification, item manufacturing, quality checking, and packaging.

Will I get a confirmation when the order is shipped?
We will send you a Shipped Confirmation email when the entire order is shipped out.

How do I change my shipping address?
If you wish to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Care as early as possible. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to change the shipping address. However, if the package has already been shipped, changing the address will not be possible.

Import duties, customs and taxes?
The country your order is being shipped to, may levied import duties, customs and taxes which you are liable to pay at the point of, or after delivery and will not be refunded or reimbursed by us.

Return & Refunds

How can I return my order?
All items purchased from BIQINIZ.com can be returned within 30 days of receiving. Please contact our Customer Service by mentioning the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 2 business days.

What is your return policy?
BIQINIZ wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, hence we will give you a full refund! 
BIQINIZ will be responsible for any faulty, damaged, defective or wrong items, incorrect size, and wrong color items.

Can I return items that were purchased on sale?
Items that were purchased on sale or at a discount of 30% or more, including items that were bought with promo codes, are not refundable or exchangeable and are not eligible for store credit. 

Refunds - How long will my refund take?
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we'll contact you to let you know your refund has been delivered. The refund then will be transferred to your original account. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Please be aware that Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping costs, if you had any. 

I still haven't gotten the refund. What is the status of my refund?
In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the period mentioned, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can. Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned, when have they been delivered to us and reference numbers when you contact us.
